Scope of Home Health Services

· Doctor's examination
· Blood pressure measurement
· Blood sugar measurement and monitoring
· Prescription injections (IM and SC) at home
· Prescription intravenous (IV) injections at home
· Catheter insertion, catheter care, and education
· Blood and sample collection
· Intravenous line placement (medication and treatment procedures)
· Wound care and education
· PEG tube care and education
· Care and education for patients receiving nasogastric feeding
· Colostomy care and education
· Care and education for patients with tracheostomy, including cannula care and skin care
· Education for new mothers
· Physical therapy services
· Self-care services and education
