You can talk to your doctor by clicking the meeting invitation link that we will send you at the appointment time.
  • For your appointment requests that you make outside of working hours, a return/call is made within the working hours of the following day [08:00-17:00].

The fee for online doctor consultation will be provided to you by the call center representative during the appointment scheduling process.

5) How can I make payments for the Online Doctor Consultation service?

Once your appointment has been scheduled by our hospital's call center representative, you can easily and securely make the payment with a credit card by clicking the "Payment Procedures" button on the Online Doctor Consultation Appointment Request Form page.

 

You must make the payment at least one day before the scheduled appointment date.

6) Can I receive an invoice for online doctor consultation?

A digital copy of the invoice for the Online Doctor Consultation service will be sent to your mobile phone or email address.

7) How does online doctor consultation work?

A day before your appointment date, our polyclinic coordinator will contact you and send the link for the communication with your doctor to your email address or the registered phone number in our hospital's system. To participate in the online doctor consultation, you need to download the Google Meet application on the device you will use for the consultation and log in. Ensure that your notification settings are enabled. When your doctor calls you for the video consultation, you will receive a notification. To join the video call, tap on the notification and then click the green "Answer" button on the call screen.

8) How long does the online doctor consultation take?

The consultation lasts for 20 minutes for most specialties. In some specializations (e.g., Psychiatry), it can last up to 30 minutes.

9) Can the doctor prescribe medication during an Online Doctor Consultation?

The Online Doctor Consultation service is an alternative to in-person examinations performed at our hospitals. If you have existing medical reports and test results, you should share them with our polyclinic coordinator, who will contact you one day before your appointment. The doctor will evaluate your reports before the consultation. If necessary, the doctor may request additional radiological or laboratory tests to assess your health condition. You may also receive a prescription for medications. If you are an international patient, the prescription will specify the active ingredient. The prescription will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.

10) Is there a refund for appointment cancellations?

You can cancel or reschedule your Online Doctor Consultation appointment without any additional fees up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you need to call our call center at +90 392 444 0 535.

 

If you cancel your appointment within the specified time frame, the service fee you paid will be refunded to your bank account within 4-6 business days (this period may vary depending on your bank).

11) Is private health insurance or other institution agreements applicable to Online Doctor Consultation?

Private health insurance and other institution agreements are not valid for the Online Doctor Consultation service.

12) What kind of device do I need for Online Doctor Consultation?

To have a video consultation, you only need a smartphone or tablet with a front camera and Android or iOS operating systems. After your appointment has been scheduled and you have made the payment, you can initiate the consultation by clicking the link sent to your email address or WhatsApp on the day before your appointment.

13) What happens if I am not ready at the scheduled appointment time?

If you do not participate in the video consultation initiated through Google Meet at your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.

14) What if the doctor does not call me during the Online Doctor Consultation?

Online doctor consultation appointments are scheduled based on the availability of our doctors for the relevant date/time frame. In some special cases (such as the doctor being called for an unscheduled surgery or an extended surgery duration, etc.), your doctor may not be available at the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date free of charge. A representative from our hospital's call center or patient reception services will contact you to arrange a new appointment.

15) If the Online Doctor Consultation is interrupted due to technical issues (such as low battery or internet disconnection), can it be resumed at another time?

Your consultation will be resumed at the earliest available time when your doctor is ready. Our patient reception services staff will contact you again to inform you about the rescheduled consultation.

16) From which medical specialties and doctors can I receive Online Doctor Consultation services?

Online Doctor Consultation services are provided by doctors from all specialties. For detailed information, you can call our call center.

17) During which hours can Online Doctor Consultation services be used?

You can benefit from online doctor consultation services in all specialties on weekdays between 08:40 and 16:40.

18) Can I change the appointment time for Online Doctor Consultation?

You can change the date and time of your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time by calling our call center. Appointments that are not rescheduled within the specified time frame will be considered as completed, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

19) Do I have to visit the hospital after Online Doctor Consultation?

The video consultation will be conducted following legal and ethical rules, and if your doctor deems it necessary, you may be invited for a physical examination.
