Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery consist of aesthetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, laser and wound management.
Aesthetic surgery and interventions applied in this department deals with reconstructing various parts of a body. Reconstructive surgery is performed on abnormal structures of the body caused by cancer, congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumours or disease. It is generally performed to improve functions, but may also be done to approximate a normal appearance.
