Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Prof. İpek Akman, Assist. Prof. Ceyhun Dalkan, and other pediatricians provide health services to premature and neonates with low birth weight and babies who have jaundice and respiratory problems at the intensive care unit which is fully equipped with modern respirators and incubators. Infant’s physical and developmental monitoring is carried out at the policlinic to follow-up of high risk neonates.
Department of Allergy and Immunology
Diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to immunity system such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, food and drug allergies, recurrent cough, fever and infection are carried out by Prof. Nerin Bahçeciler and Assist. Prof. Nilüfer Galip Çelik. All sort of tests related to allergies and respiratory passages are carried out along with the advanced tests on immunity system.

The Department of Pediatric Hematology
Children suffering from diseases that arise because of various reasons are under consultation of Prof.Fatma Gümrük. Amongst these diseases, the most frequently seen diseases are leukemias, hemoglobinopathiy (thalassamia), other inborn anemia types, inborn bleeding disorders (coagulaopathy), Fanconi aplastic anemia, acquired aplastic anemia and iron deficiency anemia.
